[AD] fshook todo

Heres a "small" list of things left to do:

* implement misc functions in path.c
  * absolute, relative, canonical in various forms
* implement misc functions in fshook.c
  * al_fs_find, al_fs_find_ex
  * also maybe think of a better api for that
* rename _[im][get/put]wl to something more understandable
  * ie: _get_16[lb]
* add 64 bit integer _im[get/put] function
* add AL_PATH_USER|SYSTEM_SETTINGS enums to al_get_path
* convert acodec and icodec (if its staying around) to use the new api
* convert old a4 pack/dat file code into a new addon (some files already 
moved) that implements a new fshook driver.

There might be a little more, but I can't think of it off hand just now.
