Should also add volume control (per voice and per sample).

Just to mention that I'm currently refactoring Windows input code which isterribly broken. Will also sort out the ugly inter-thread calls which are veryhard to follow and get rid of polling mode while at it. It's going to be onelarge commit, hopefully this week.
