I dusted off my 4.3.10 folder. It's not too bad but it doesn't quite
build cleanly for all combinations of static/dynamic/debug/release.
The other problem I noted is that Skater is completely upside down
(though playable!) - something to do with AllegroGL, I suspect. Normal
AGL doesn't do this so I can easily do a diff and figure it out.
I needed to add an EXTRA_CFLAGS variable to the makefile, because the
easiest way to get the dependencies (OGG and so on) is to use macports
which installs to /opt/local/include and opt/local/lib instead of
/usr/include and /usr/lib, so I needed to pass extra -I and -L flags.
