Hm, OK. I've all got it working on WGL. Just have to work out some details. Ithough it would be better to apply it after 4.9.3 has been released, but if youneed it I'll finish it sooner.

On 4.3, I said during the last hack day on IRC that I hadn't ever
looked at it. I have now but it needed a lot of work. I'm nearly
there, just need to get it to link the examples.
