I've updated the MSVC project files at
<http://www.allegro.cc/files/all422-msvc-projects.zip>. Two issues
from the previous RC1 have been fixed:
1) Corrected the location of plugins.h
2) Added default Win32 import libraries to all examples, tools, etc to
satisfy VC++ Express
(Also RC1 was missing the msvc6/Allegro folder.)
