[AD] Mac help required for 4.3.1

Hi,

Today I've merged in most of the changes from the 4.2 branch into the
4.3 branch and added more NaturalDocs docs.  I've compiled and tested
under Linux and Windows (mingw) and it seems okay.  Someone should check
it on Mac, and possibly merge in the following changes from 4.2.

    osx_mouse_set_sprite rewritten because it did not work on Intel Macs
    (little endian); now uses higher level Allegro API instead of direct
    access.

    2. Fix to (hopefully) make the cursor change straight away instead of

If no one responds I'll probably release mid-week no matter what.
No one cares anyway :-P

Also, the NaturalDocs should go on the Allegro web site.  How should
that be done?
