Actually, the real problem is in src/i386/opcodes.h, line 27. There is
no guarantee ALLEGRO_LINUX will be defined if making a linux build.
ALLEGRO_LINUX refers to linux console drivers. The user could build a
X-only version and ALLEGRO_LINUX won't be defined.
