Unrelated to this but related to fullscreen <--> windowed mode, Elias, I
remember that you had a patch to allow the X11 driver to use a fullscreen
window that has the size of the desktop without trying to change the
resolution (and therefor not needing the XF86VidMode extension). Was that
applied?
