[AD] Preparing 4.2.1, issues

I've cleaned up most of the things that were on my list for 4.2.1 (someone 
please check what I forgot), but I've hit a few snags that I can't easily 
overcome at this time of day, having to do with the switch from CVS to 
SVN.

Grabbing the changes since the previous version obviously won't work using 
cvs2cl.pl; svn2cl.pl will probably help there, but I haven't tried that 
yet. If someone else feels like updating the acknowledgements before I get 
round to it, that'd be great.

A bigger problem is the misc/zipup.sh script. This wants the current 
directory to be called `allegro' and the stock version doesn't ignore .svn 
files (no surprise there). I'm attaching a diff with my best attempt at 
fixing the script up to now.

If there's nothing major I forgot (apart from the documenation) and if we 
want a beta test, I think it's ready as is. I can upload it tomorrow and 
ask some volunteers to test things.
