Well, I'm stumped.
KMail lists the following encodings for use:
US-ASCII
ISO-8859-1 (locale)
UTF-8
I've moved UTF-8 up one nodge so it'll be used in preference of ISO-8859-1,
but I really don't know where 8859-6 comes from. Says so for me too,
though I don't have problems with any characters.
