RE: [AD] No more video/system bitmaps

Frankly, my option is that the automatic management mode should be the
default mode. Users would have to do more work if they want to manually
manage them.

Chances are the Allegro drivers will know more about the performance
characteristics of the underlying platform than the game itself.
