Pending satisfactory resolution of the current MacOS X problems, I propose 
next week, Sat 25th or Sun 26th, for the new RC1 release date. There are 
several other things that want fixing, as listed in the TODO file. I'll 
probably have some time to look at those myself sometime during the week 
but not before.
