Well, now they have to stay defined for backwards compatibility, I
guess.
That is, whoever made the change to define them always, apparently
forgot some cases, since just a few days ago I got an error about
"WIN_GDI" being undefined, when trying to compile someone's code :P
The GFX_HAS_VGA is the intended fix though right now, right? So it
should be applied for test.c and that example..
