I don't like the macros either. However, it would be very nice to have a
function to exit graphics mode. I've always thought set_gfx_mode(GFX_TEXT,
0, 0, 0, 0); was ugly and not very user friendly. I'd prefer such a function
was named exit_gfx_mode() rather than shutdown_gfx_mode().
