I suceeded once by using "make STATICLINK=1 STATICRUNTIME=1". It creates
a static allegro lib, and I could compile the examples with it. Someone
then told me that the .NET SDK contains msvcrt.lib.. but my dialup
connection doesn't allow downloading it.
