the 4.1.18 WIP release to http://
www.eglebbk.dds.nl/allegro-4.1.18/. Tested and work smoothly under Linux,
but not recently tested on other platforms. So if others can test



AMD 2400+
MSVC 7.1
WinXPsp1  DX9c

builds OK.
spent 3 minutes  in    /tests/test.exe     all OK.
