Well, it won't make the next WIP I think... 4.2.0 RC1, possibly - if this
isn't too big a change. I do agree that it's a lot more useful than the
current alert() function though.

I think we should have a popup_message(char *s, ...) and possibly a string
for the button text and leave alert as it is.
