Ok, I tried changing 4.1.17 src/win/wmouse.c to 4.1.16 src/win/wmouse.c, 
that didn't help (I also didn't see how that could help anyway)

I also tried changing 4.1.17 src/mouse.c to 4.1.16 src/mouse.c (with a dummy 
select_system_cursor so it could link) and that didn't help either...
