i am trying to find a way for the allegro window to open on the 2nd monitor..

i read this on MSDN

"CreateWindow(Ex) displays a window on the monitor that contains thelargest part of the window. "

does this mean, if i hack allegro to create its window on that secondmonitor, when i pass GFX_DIRECTX_FULLSCREEN will it fullscreen onto thesecond monitor ?
