Actually, there is.  When you get to the end of a page, press space :-)

But, yeah, "see below for more information" should probably be avoided.

It is even more drastic in unix manpages,
which are physically cut off from other bits.
Man pages are only for looking up details like function arguments, return types, error codes, etc. You have to know what you're doing first.
