The refresh-rate picker is specific to the test program. As far as I know, 
picking a refresh-rate will get you the closest match anyway, not 
nescessarily the one you selected.
I don't think it's much of an issue in this case. I'm ok to add it to the 
list though, if no one objects.
I do feel that listing 70, 72 and 75 is a bit overkill though...
