[AD] "unsf" is son of "pat2dat"

I've clipped out a part of the Allegro tool "pat2dat", reworked it,
and dubbed it "unsf". It breaks soundfonts down into GUS patches.
My version of the program extracts patches for all instruments
in a soundfont, instead of only some, and preserves most attributes
of instruments, including velocity layers and stereo channels.
It also fixes some bugs. In case there is any interest in merging
any of my changes back into the original "pat2dat", of course you'd
be welcome to do that. My changes include some code from GPL'd
programs.

There is a page describing "unsf" at
http://freepats.opensrc.org/wiki.php?page=GusSoundfont
and the source code is at
ftp://ling.lll.hawaii.edu/pub/greg/gt-0.1.tar.gz .

Please email comments, since I'm not subscribed to this list.

Thanks for the code,
Yours,
Greg Lee <greg@xxxxxxxxxx>
