You can change them back again automatically by right clicking on the
object name and selecting Change Filename. Be sure to toggle Store
Relative Filenames in the options menu.

No can do. UNIX files can have a \ as part of a filename. It's an academic
situation, but it is possible. It should work if you expand and
re-collapse the paths with the Windows version of the grabber.
