Huh? Doesn't that mean we should do the change some time _before_ the
4.2 release so it actually gets tested in WIP releases, and the change
doesn't occur halfway the stable 4.2 branch? I think it should be done
either in the 4.1 or in the 4.3 series, and since 4.4 (or 5.0) is
probably a long way ahead, why not do it in 4.1? It may take a couple
of extra WIP releases for things to be ironed out, but I don't think
that will hurt much.
Unless of course that's what you meant in the first place, in which
case you can ignore this mail.
