That's only for passing paramaters to the app at startup. What we're talking
about is being able to pass information (usually a filename) to the app
while it's running. An example of this would be an Allegro GUI object that
displays a filename. There will be three ways of entering the filename. One
by typing it in, another by pressing a button that brings up a file-select
dialog, and the third would be by dragging a file (from the desktop, an
explorer window, or some other app), onto the GUI object (which is what
we're trying to achieve here).
