[AD] MacOS X enduser package

I've just commited a script that automates the creation of a MacOS X enduser
package. The script accept as the only parameter the path of a working
Allegro directory structure, where the OSX dynamic library was previously
successfully built.
It creates a self-installing package that installs the library framework and
PB template, then puts the package together with a dedicated readme, the
AUTHORS, THANKS and CHANGES into a disk image and gzips it.
For MacOS X users it should be a breeze now to install an end-user version
of Allegro - I can't really make it easier :)

This is supposedly useful to generate the enduser package after a library
release, to be put up at the Allegro website and at the allegro.cc files
section.
