I found a new problem in dat2c: the generated include guard is not
guaranteed to be unique. I think it would be better if it contains the
name of the header file rather than the string DAT2C. The date and time
now added to the string are maybe not needed at all. Normally one builds
all at one time which may lead to the same time string in a fast
computer (I just discovered...) which in turn will hide one of the
headers if there are several (which is my case).
