As you have probably noticed, I just released the 4.1.8 WIP. The two main
reasons were the bugfix for the problem preventing Liquid War from building
and the one-liner that made Allegro build with Watcom again.
Allegro is free software and isn't "Release early, release often" the slogan
of free software ?
I've also put the CHM version of the docs here:

Now back to the 4.0.3 ...
