This has been bothering me for a while.  Allegro is paranoid and creates
files that only the owner of the file can read/write.  It's hard to
share work between users in the same group (e.g. you need to manually
chmod every time grabber writes a file).  This patch makes the
permissions as permissive as possible, subject to the user's umask.
Any objections?
