As previously discussed on [AL], my patch merging the three input threads
introduced a big problem: mouse and keyboard don't work if there is no
window thread they can be attached to ! Of course that's the case when an
external window is used.

The attached patch (already commited) simply creates a thread dedicated to
input if there is no window thread.
