This patch eliminates the need for fileutils  (rm.exe to be exact)
in dos/windows ports of Allegro (it uses the same trich as already
implemented in makefile.mgw  for "uninstall" target ...  should be safe
and
portable across old dos versions, win95, win98, win2k and XP ...

patch is in unified unix text format

could somebody with write access commit this patch to the CVS ?
