That was fast! :)

Changes since alpha 3:

- Hooks now receive a pointer to an ENTRY_DATA struct, holding
name/type/data of the variable that generated the hook call, so they can
change the variable contents at will (Bob requested this)
- Read-only is now propagated to sub-directories
- Some little optimizations
