ctrl+alt+end doesn't work for me with Watcom 10.6, Allegro 4.0 RC1,
windows 95. It silently pretends it doesn't know about this feature.
According to exkeys, `readkey()' returns 0x4f06 (20230), i.e. ascii 6,
scancode 79 (KEY_END).
