A couple thoughts:
o al_main(int argc, char **argv) - new initialization func.
called by real main() (no need for END_OF_MAIN() with this)
o al_adjust_sample/adjust_sample - should be removed in favour of the easier
and more powerfull voice api (as per Shawn's suggestion.)
o al_clear - gets obliterated. (replaced by al_clear_bitmap)
o most of the cpu/os vars can be removed.
I'll post more as (if ;) they come to me :)
