I agree.  I have also updated the GCC 3.02 available at the unofficial DJGPP
Windows 2000 / XP site,
http://clio.rice.edu/djgpp/win2k/main.htm with Andris's updated GCC 3.02. I
built Allegro on XP and it works fine out of the box now.
