i receive a similar behaviour: when i switch out in another
terminal, i see garbage on that terminal (ascii chars at
random in the screen, lines, ...)
this happens both with svgalib and modex.
i don't have fbcon nor vbeaf (if u provide me a vbeaf driver for
Vodoo3, i can test it too... :)
