All references to RSXNT have been removed from the CVS code. The maintainers
of the www module will have to do the same.

As of now, every supported (not lagging behind) platform is able to build
Allegro from the ground up, except Borland C++ Builder. Does anyone know if
there is a chance to fix that ?
