Ok.

So this talk about new Allegro is fine. Now, does it really belong to
the conductors mailing list? I don't think so beacuse:

- the conductors list is for developers, and I would say much more for
implementation than vaporware.
- Allegro is for everyone, but only few percent of Allegro's users
subscribe to this ml.
- Other people have ideas, reminds me of Chris McCormick's idea to
improve sound filters. Surely he would like to promote/defend his idea
if he _knew_ it was being discussed.

All in all, I think that we have forgotten to tell the rest of the world
of our plans. People should know all the ideas boiling in this ml because
they will affect deeply new Allegro versions. So I propose moving of this
topic to the main Allegro ml plus stating everywhere (docs, web, etc)
in big bold letters that Allegro is going to change dramatically, to let
them know the pain of upgrading, or the pleasure of improving (pick one).
