changed make install so that only the neccessary files are installed.
aintvga.h was moved to the internal directory as it is not platform/build
specific.
i noticed the whole make install section is very much the same for most
makefiles so i think i will unify them just after the WIP release. (meaning
the makefiles will share a common 'install' makefile and specific headers can
be included with a simple INSTALL_FILES += ...)
BTW. fix.bat has an annoying problem. it gave me a bad command or file name
when i ran in and then it aborted. when i removed the @ (alphacurl) and typed
@ on the keyboard and saved the problem went away. it's probably a codepage
thing. i'll see if it is possible to commit such a change.
