I don't know the full theory behind .cvsignore files, but the attached
patch removes screenfuls of irritating messages like

? allegro/obj/watcom/alleg/VESAS.LST
? allegro/obj/watcom/alleg/vesas.asm
? allegro/obj/watcom/alleg/MODEXGFX.LST
? allegro/obj/watcom/alleg/movexgfx.asm

when I run cvs checkout. If you apply it, we should probably do
something similar for allegro/[obj|lib]/other_platforms/.cvsignore and
allegro/[obj|lib]/other_platforms/all[eg|d|p]/.cvsignore as well, but I
can't test that.
