added in the faq two entries about DGA2 (unix problems) and one
entry about gfxinfo and get_gfx_mode_list (general problems)

here is the patch

(it also corrects the first line of the allegro logo)

ps: i noted that there are some tabs around, and i think this should
be avoided, since a tab can be variable lenght, if u want i can
correct it.
