May I ask you which arithmetic do you use in Australia ? Looks like it's not
Peano's ;-)
Unfortunately computers do use Peano's arithmetic, so you'll have to
translate a little bit your code somewhere in the middle of
_xvidmode_private_fetch_mode_list() in order to use the regular precedence
rules between addition and multiplication :-)
After this little work, the patch should work like a charm.
