[AD] DOS port instability under Win 9X

At least some of the DOS port instability I've come across under Win 9X 
appears to be related to ureadkey() (called by readkey()) calling 
yield_timeslice() (which calls __dpmi_yield()) when a key is not present. The 
instability is not present when readkey() is only called when keypressed() is 
true.
