Dunno, but I've seem lots of french people put their comments and
traces in french.

But aren't all of the French characters in ASCII? I know the normalletters and at least some (I think all though) of the accents are in thenormal 8-bit ASCII. It is only the eastern languages that have bigproblems (Russian, Chinese, Japanese, etc).
