I can't, but the identifiers used by Allegro are standard,
so they are in ASCII, so it works if it is in UTF-8. It fails
if it is in two-byte unicode. It could be possible to try out
different formats to see if one works though :)
Chicken and egg problem, so a hack is needed anyway.
