Looks like I'm a little late ;-)
I tested it with my "FreeBE/AF ATI mach64 driver v1.2" and it flawlessly
worked: it reported exactly the same modes as afinfo.exe did.

Here I got a somewhat different behaviour: 3 modes are missing (out of 37)
in windowed mode vs fullscreen mode (under Win95 OSR2), namely 512x384,
400x300 and 640x350 in 24 bpp. This behaviour shows up with afinfo.exe too.
