[AD] CPU capabilities patch

This is part 1 of the patch. It removes the cpu_id, cpu_fpu, cpu_mmx, 
cpu_3dnow and cpu_sse variables in favor of cpu_capabilities and a few 
#defines. This patch includes changes to the grabber and test.c, as well as 
the documentation update.


When the second phase (for cpu_family and cpu_model) will be finished, I'll 
send the second patch.
