Under Win95 OSR2 at least, that's it.

Currently Allegro behaves the same as your Spanish keyboard: Shift or
CapsLock doesn't modify AltGr. Now it seems the Polish keyboard needs to
differentiate AltGr only and AltGr+Shift or CapsLock.
The problem is: how does the change propagate to other keyboards ?
