readme.mgw has been updated with new installation instructions for Mingw and
Dev-C++.
also updated some URLs to point to the new allegro webpage.
readme.txt has been updated with a list of required software.
if anybody asks why they get a "Error: no such 386 instruction:" tell them
to read this file or the F.A.Q! ("RTFM!" :o)
currently there is no ssetest in the makefiles and instead of bloating the
makefiles i figured the best solution was to remove mmxtest and add a list
of required software to the docs. other open-source projects does the same
thing, so expect mmxtest to be removed soon.
