So far nobody has measured the bandwidth consumption of the allegro site.
If you want to do a mirror at your personal page, it might not be a good
idea, since Shawn stopped hosting binary files for that reason.

You may get an estimate of downloads going to the allegro sourceforge page
and clicking on "view statistics". This says number of download files, it
says not which ones, but most of the files are big (over 1 Mb).
